10 Minutes: Quiz Question (based on material learned yesterday)

  • Students answer question using 1-3 full sentences in notebook
  • Students who were absent yesterday copy question and find answer later
  • All questions compiled for midterm and final exams (not open book)

20 Minutes: New Topic

  • Introduce new psychology topics using reading, videos, power points, lectures, etc.
  • Discuss as a class
  • Students take notes (used later for assignments and projects)

20 Minutes: Assignment Work

  • Work independently or as a class on current assignment
